The QLT by Marshalltown Cushion Back Cutter is used for trimming and cutting dense or sponge back carpet. Double 30 degree angle blades cut either side of the row close and clean, producing better seams. Comes with two slotted blades that are easily retractable and replaceable. Use 9060RB replacement blades.
