Material cannot be returned without prior authorization. We accept returns up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Unless defective, returns must be unused and in their original, unopened packages. The return of obsolete, discontinued, modified parts or liquids will not be accepted.
Paint cans are made of metal and may bend or dent during the shipping and delivery process. Please be advised that this is to be expected during transit and does not damage the product in the can or affect the outcome of your project. We do not consider this damaged.
Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges including any taxes or duties associated with the return of an item. We do not refund the shipping charge to you in the event of a return, you will be refunded only the amount of the item returned less a 20% processing fee. Any claims for defective material, shortages, or overages must be made within 2 days of receipt.
