1. How do I get a copy of my invoice?
Simply log into your account and you should be able to see all your past orders and print invoices. If you are unable to find the invoice you are looking for, simply fill out the Contact Us form and one of our associates will be happy to email you one.
2. I have a question about my charges.
You may log into your account to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.
3. I returned an order, when can I expect my credit?
Credits usually take 5-7 business days from the time we receive your returned item(s) to be reflected by the card company on your account.
4. How much is shipping on my order?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
5. How do I use a coupon code?
After adding items to your cart, when you go to the checkout you will see a box to enter your coupon code above your order total. Once you enter a valid coupon code your order total will adjust to reflect your discount.
6. How do I find the product I am looking for?
To find the product(s) you're looking for, you may (1) use the navigation menus on the top, left & bottom of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
7. Do you ship to my country?
During checkout we'll ask for your shipping address details including country. If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time.
8. Am I responsible for customs duties and taxes?
Yes, import duties and/or taxes (for orders shipped to non-U.S. destinations) may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country.
