Consider this:
A high-solids oil-based polyurethane formulated for hard use areas. Excellent for interior and exterior wood surfaces including floors, doors, furniture cabinets and marine applications above the water line.

* Resists abrasion, marring and scuffing
* Stands up to water, alcohol and common household chemicals
* Superior flow and leveling
* Convenient aerosol can with adjustable spray valve for hard to brush areas
* Used on the R.M.S. Queen Mary and U.S. Space Shuttle
NOTE: This item has been discontinued and is now being manufactured under the PPG ProLuxe label as ProLuxe Defthane Interior / Exterior Polyurethane.
How to apply this product:
- Sand wood and wipe off dust.
- Apply first coat with long, smooth strokes. Let dry for 4-6 hours (450 VOC) or 6-8 hours (275 VOC).
- Sand smooth, remove dust.
- Apply 2 more thin coats. Let dry for 4-6 hours (450 VOC) or 6-8 hours (275 VOC).
- Use paint thinner (mineral spirits) for clean up.
- Sand and repeat when first signs of deterioration appear.
