Description

Rx-35 Sealer/Primer repairs torn drywall to create a wall surface that can be floated, spackled, painted or hung with wallpaper. It is also the perfect primer for skim coats, spackling, residual paste, popcorn ceilings, contractors flat paint or mud joints. It dries with a slight residual tack, enhancing adhesion of wallpaper or paint.

Coverage:

Approximately 350-450 square feet per gallon,

depending on the porosity and texture of the surface.

Surface Preparation:

Surface must be free from grease and other residues, dry, and

structurally sound.

Application Method:

Use only when the room temperature is above 50ºF.

DO NOT DILUTE.

Apply a generous coat of primer with a brush,roller

or spraying system. If using a spray system, back

rolling is recommended.

Drying Time:

Rx-35™ is dry and ready to paint or hang over

in one and a half hours. It is dry to the touch in

one hour. Low temperature, high humidity and poor
ventilation will slow down the drying process.

If applying over new drywall or sealed

surfaces, the drying time may be extended.

Clean-Up:

Before the primer dries, remove the excess with

clean water.  Brushes and rollers should be cleaned

immediately after use with clean, warm water.
