DRYLOK® Masonry Treatment penetrates deep to seal and protect masonry against acids, alkalis, household cleaners, gasoline, oil and salt. This VOC compliant, water base formula seals against dusting and retards spalling (surface cracking and pock marking) and weathering. Use on interior and exterior masonry surfaces, including concrete driveways, basement floors, garage floors, concrete sidewalks, patios, terrazzo, brick, and slate.

Coats: 1 coat

Clean up: Soap and Water

Coverage: 400 square feet per gallon depending porosity of surface

Dry Time: 2 hours

  • Matte finish with minimum film build
  • Latex base
  • May be used as a primer for latex paints on masonry floors
  • Application by brush, roller, sprayer, or squeegee
  • Meets A.S.T.M. Specifitcation C-309
