Marshalltown Bull Floats

Bull floats are used to smooth and level out concrete often after the screeding process.

You should use a bull float once the concrete has dried to the point that the float doesn't sink into the concrete but before too much bleed water has formed on the surface.

A channel bull float is also used to smooth and level the concrete, but it also slightly embeds the coarse aggregate to make finishing the concrete easier.
