ConservCo Hose Bibb Lock without Padlock prevents unauthorized water use. Eliminates water theft and vandalism. Protects any standard 3/4-inch outdoor faucet or hose spigot.  Fitting assembly attaches to any standard garden hose bibb. Cover fits over fitting assembly. Cover and padlock spin freely around fitting assembly. Creates watertight seal. Paddock not included.

• The fitting assembly screws securely onto the end of any standard garden hose bibb, yard hydrant, or vacuum breaker. The cover is placed over the fitting assembly, and locked with any commercial padlock.
• Cover and padlock spin freely around fitting assembly and makes it impossible to remove. Water wont flow if the handle is turned to the full open position because the Hose Bibb Lock creates a watertight seal when secured in place.
