Slits outer covering of all sizes, both old and new, non-metallic (type NM) sheathed cable. Designed for 12/2 & 14/2 NM Cable. Wire gauge on handle checks and strips #6 to #14 AWG. Rip open cable jacket with these strippers. Cut off the cable jacket and strip wire ends.
