Love The Purdy Adjutant White China One Incher

I first picked this brush up at an online-only store really as a throw-in to my cart knowing I needed to restock my 1" brushes and thought I'd just try it out.

Originally used on an oil-based stain application (Teak with Sikkens) and let me tell you -- the pickup was great, the application smooth and perfectly released and full control. No matter how you angle this brush, it will return to its natural form. It will not "fluff out" nor will the end bristles curl, cleanup a snap.

After I fell in love with the brush staining some furniture, I gave it another shot with some oil based black paint; canned stock and off the shelf. I wanted to see how well it cleaned in comparison to, say a Nylox (though latex, you get the idea). It was as if I never used the brush, but then again, I take very good care of my stock and probably clean differently than many folks.

Too bad there's no mechanism here to upload some pictures, as I'd love to have shared the outcome of using this brush.
