Rust-Oleum High Performance 7400 System Zinc Chromate Primer is a modified alkyd primer that is a powerful rust inhibitor and can be applied in between coats to further shield against rust. Contains special rust-inhibitive pigments. Can be applied to lightly rusted surfaces, as well as clean/previously painted surfaces. Top coat with 7400 or V7400 System DTM 450 VOC Alkyd Enamel.
