Zinsser Add-2 Mildewcide Additive

Description

Zinsser Add-2 Mildewcide Additive is proven, long-term mold and mildew protection. Blends easily into all interior or exterior, latex or oil-based paints, stains and wallpaper adhesives. EPA registered fungicide to prevent mold & mildew on coating film. Will not affect color or performance of paints, stains or wallpaper adhesives. 10 grams treats one gallon.

Extended Information

Mix all paints or stains thoroughly before using this product.

Add contents (10 grams) to one gallon or (50 grams) to five

gallons of paint, stain or wallpaper adhesive. Shake or mix

thoroughly to incorporate the mildewcide. Then use

the material as instructed by the manufacturer. Surfaces ot be

painted or papered should be cleaned thoroughly with an

appropriate cleaner according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
For extremely damp areas prone to mildew, two

pouches should be used. For New York housing authority

specifications, 3-4 pouches may be needed depending on the

protection needed.

NOTE:

Do not use for any paint application

involving direct or indirect food or drinking water contact.
